Is my PDF itself sent through Peppol?
The structured UBL is the invoice. A PDF copy is not attached by default and never replaces the structured document.
What if OCR reads a total incorrectly?
Independent candidates are compared and deterministic calculations flag mismatches. Critical disagreements require your confirmation.
Does accepted mean delivered?
No. Accepted submission, network delivery, and recipient rejection are separate statuses.
Can I send to any VAT number?
No. The recipient must resolve to a Peppol participant that supports the required invoice document type and process.
Is this a legal archive?
Not in V1. Source retention and audit evidence are provided, but no certified legal-archive claim is made.
