- Is my PDF itself sent through Peppol?
- The structured UBL is the invoice. A PDF copy is not attached by default and never replaces the structured document.
- What if OCR reads a total incorrectly?
- We compare two separate readings of the document and flag any mismatch. Anything important needs your confirmation before sending.
- Does accepted mean delivered?
- No. Submitted, delivered and rejected are shown as separate statuses, so you always know where an invoice stands.
- Can I send to any VAT number?
- No. The recipient must resolve to a Peppol participant that supports the required invoice document type and process.
- Is this a legal archive?
- No. We keep your source file and a full audit trail, but this is not a certified legal archive.
